Domaine Jolivent

My best friend and I stayed at Domain Jolivent for two nights so we could do the Three Pines Tour (which was wonderful). The room was small, but adequate and the restaurant Mistral was wonderful for both dinner and breakfast (which was included). We had a couple of "oops" moments, which probably were because I didn't do enough checking. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. to find the lobby door locked. We were told by the restaurant staff (who were great) that we should have gotten information with a door code. I did find that email which was probably sent while we were traveling, as well as a voice mail message from my husband saying the hotel had called twice wanting to know when we thought we'd arrive and giving him the door code as well. Once we got in and settled we had our wonderful dinner at Mistrail. Breakfast the next morning was a takeaway bag as we were getting picked up before breakfast was served. The bag contained a croissant, jam, yogurt, apple and juice. There is a coffee machine in the lobby so we were all set. The other "oops" was that I didn't realize the restaurant would be closed the second night of our stay. As we were worn out from the all day tour we opted not to drive anywhere and ended up eating scones and chocolate covered blueberries for dinner, which was actually quite satisfying. I wish we had stayed longer so that we could have taken more advantage of what Domaine Jolivent had to offer and to explore that area a bit more.

Warm & Inviting. Nice Pool, Outstanding Breakfast! Lovely, well-managed, and beautifully-located inn with outstanding service and sumptuous breakfast. Also a very nice pool and inviting seating areas, indoor and out. The room and the bathroom, as well as the shower stall, felt a little tight for my preference, but all were nicely equipped (toiletries, bedding) and more than adequate. The hotel is in the midst of expansion as we speak and I would definitely consider returning.

We were thrilled with the inviting, tranquil, comfortable surroundings and accommodations. Every aspect of this delightful facility provided a relaxing, rejuvenating vibe. If you are looking for a place to immerse yourself in the quiet beauty of nature while enjoying top quality accommodations, this is the spot for you!

We stayed at Jolivent for two nights to take the Three Pines Tour, which was amazing. Jolivent is a beautiful place. We had a very comfortable room and bed, an amazing meal at Alize, and took a wonderful hike on the many kilometers of trails on the property. The entire staff from the owner to the front desk folks to the chef to the wait staff could not have been friendlier. We cannot wait to go back!

Just returned from a fantastic get away at Domaine Jolivent. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Room was cozy, comfortable, updated and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Had breakfast at the terrace Mistral and the food was very good, service even better. Can’t wait for our next visit.
